The data usage is dependent on the Images, signatures and gallery used within the Tasks: basic functionality will use approximately 50MB per month, while more advanced usage will increase to over 500MB per month.
Review the region in the Profile Settings of the application to confirm where your data is physically located. Data with Asia is stored in Singapore, while European customers are serviced from data centres in Germany. Africa is serviced from South Africa while the Americas is serviced from the United States.
The “Delete my Account” will send data for deletion and it will be automatically removed from our platforms within 90 days. Should you require data to be removed immediately please contact our Support Team.

Use a HTML email templating tool like XXX or YY to create an email template that then can be sent to the customer on completion of jobs.
Your email templates, alerts and exports can contain custom fields that will be replaced when data is processed.
